Job Purpose:

Shields Health Solutions is looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales people that thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable calling the C-suite at large healthcare systems, demonstrating value and closing meetings for Outside Sales representatives over the phone. A typical day requires significant preparation for dozens of outgoing calls each day. 


Specific Skills/Qualifications:

 Required Licensure/Certification:  Bachelors degree in related field

 Years of Experience: Required 2-4 years experience

 Requirements: Determination to work to outside sales;  Driven to be successful; Strong time manager; Proven Inside Sales track record; Track record of over-achieving goals; Strong phone presence and experience cold calling; Experience with; Excellent verbal and written skills; Strong active listener; Strong Webex online presentation skills


Job Duties: 

  • Identify key decision makers in targeted health systems
  • Understand the health systems needs and requirements
  • Research health systems, identify current news items and generate leads
  • Close meetings at large healthcare systems with key decision makers
  • Create significant pipeline through cold calling, leveraging partners, attending conferences and social media.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline
  • Perform effective Webex presentation for prospects
  • Other duties as assigned;
